What makes OmniSystem Solutions different from other software vendors?+
We operate as an invested partner — not a vendor. We don’t drop off software and disappear. We handle the data migration, the on-site setup, the staff training, and the continuous backend maintenance. Technology is only 10% of the solution; the other 90% is the people side, and that’s where we earn the relationship.
Do you build custom software or only deploy off-the-shelf ERP?+
Both. We offer two paths: (A) a Unified ERP Ecosystem for businesses ready to standardize on integrated Sales / Inventory / HR / Accounting, and (B) Custom Ground-Up Development for operations whose workflows defy standard tools. We frequently combine both within one engagement.
Where is OmniSystem Solutions located?+
We are based in Mandaue City, Cebu, in the Philippines. We serve clients across the Philippines, with active engagements in food manufacturing, public sector / local government, and multi-warehouse operations.
What does the engagement look like before signing?+
After an initial conversation, we run an AI-assisted prototyping session. By the second meeting, you see a visual prototype of your custom system — so you understand exactly what you’re committing to before any contract is signed.
Are ongoing system updates and support included?+
Yes. Backend maintenance, security updates, module improvements, and everyday questions from your team are included in the partnership — not billed separately. We don’t nickel-and-dime clients for support.
How long does an implementation take?+
It depends on scope — most engagements run from about three months to a year, covering workflow mapping, system setup, data migration, staff training, and a parallel run before full go-live.
Do you offer cloud hosting?+
We deploy on-premise by default, on your servers and network. It keeps your data under your control and simplifies Data Privacy Act compliance. If you don't have server hardware yet, we'll spec and set it up for you.
Which industries do you build systems for?+
We build across manufacturing and food processing, distribution, retail, logistics, construction, government and LGUs, healthcare and clinics, hospitality, and more — one core, configured to how each floor actually runs.
What is included in a typical engagement?+
A full rollout: workflow mapping, system setup and customization, integration, data migration, staff training, and a parallel run — plus security, backups, and continuous support after go-live.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on the modules you need, the scope of the build, and the server hardware you already have. The best next step is a short session so we can scope it to your operation and give you an honest estimate.
What modules or systems can you provide?+
Our six core modules are HRIS and payroll, inventory and warehouse, sales and CRM, accounting and finance, procurement, and custom builds — all on one connected core. Asset management, point-of-sale and other modules are built as custom modules (software and hardware) when something off the shelf cannot do the job.
